ESTATE OF VANCE TOIRAC, Deceased (14/3156) — The administrator’s petition for leave to compromise a cause of action for decedent’s conscious pain and suffering is granted. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are removed, and she is authorized to collect the settlement and execute the necessary receipts and releases. The entire recovery is allocated to the cause of action for conscious pain and suffering.

The fees and disbursements of petitioner’s attorneys are fixed and determined as set forth in the decree. The administrator is further authorized to pay the sum of $11,000 to the New York City Human Resources Administration in full satisfaction of its Medicaid lien, and to pay the sum of $16,000 to Broadway Funding Group, Inc., in full satisfaction of its claim against the estate. The balance of the settlement proceeds shall be distributed as requested in the petition.
