A western New York man has pleaded guilty to calling a U.S. prosecutor at his office and threatening to kill him with an assault rifle.
Tony Ivey, 53, of Rochester, faces up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release, according to a news release from the Northern District U.S. Attorney’s Office.
