After considering all the relevant factors in the fixation of legal fees (Matter of Freeman, 34 NY2.1, Matter of Potts, 213 App Div 59, aff’d 241 NY 593), and upon the review by this Court of the itemized affirmation of services submitted by the Guardian ad Litem, the fair and reasonable value of the compensation of Paul S. Forster, Esq., as Guardian ad Litem for unknown distributees and distributees whose whereabouts are unknown, is fixed and allowed in the amount of $6,937.50. Legal services rendered in a contested adverse possession matter transferred from Supreme Court involving numerous court appearances, conferences, settlement stipulation with over 27 hours of legal services.
