Two companies whose breaches of state Lobbying Law came to light through federal prosecutions of the Legislature’s top two leaders have reached settlements with the Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE).

The ethics and lobbying regulator announced Wednesday that Glenwood Management Corp., a New York City-based real estate management company, will pay a $200,000 fine, and Administrators for the Professions of Roslyn will pay $70,000 for their unrelated lobbying violations.
