Live webcasting of the oral arguments before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, panels will start on Jan. 9.
Presiding Justice Gerald Whalen said the live streaming will make the Rochester-based court’s work more “transparent and accessible” and is in keeping with the excellence initiative of the state’s chief judge, Janet DiFiore (NYLJ, March 31, 2016).
