Three former Brooklyn prosecutors have expressed interest in succeeding District Attorney Kenneth Thompson, who died in October from cancer after less than three years in office.
Marc Fliedner, former head of the Brooklyn DA’s Civil Rights Bureau who retired from the office in June, said in an email that his treasurer has filed documents with the state Board of Elections to establish a political committee.
