An upstate town court justice has been admonished for engaging in political activities that are prohibited for sitting judges by state ethics canons.
The state Commission on Judicial Conduct announced Tuesday that Carol Rumenapp, who is not an attorney but who has been a justice of Milford Town Court in Otsego County since 2004, agreed to the admonition for her improper politicking activities in 2015.
