There appears to be little disagreement between Gov. Andrew Cuomo and the Office of Court Administration over the Judiciary’s budget for the 2017-18 fiscal year.

Cuomo included the proposed budget without changes in his $152.3 billion spending plan sent to the legislature Tuesday for the fiscal year beginning on April 1. The governor and lawmakers can alter the Judiciary’s budget before adopting the final budget in the spring.
