ESTATE OF BENJAMIN FRANKLIN MURRAY, Deceased (10/1109/A) — In this pending compromise proceeding, the Guardian ad Litem, appointed on behalf of distributees whose whereabouts are unknown, has filed a preliminary report. Within the report, the Guardian ad Litem has requested additional documentation and information.

Accordingly, this matter is restored to this Court’s calendar of Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. as a control date. The fiduciary, counsel and Guardian ad Litem are directed to appear at Surrogate’s Court at such time. If, however, the Guardian ad Litem notifies this court, in writing by Tuesday, February 21, 2017, that all necessary and requested information has been provided to him, then all are excused from appearing on February 23, 2017.
