The Southern District is looking to fill upcoming vacancies of two veteran magistrate judges who are stepping down after decades of service.
Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Ellis will be leaving the bench after serving 24 years on the court. Magistrate Judge James C. Francis IV is leaving after 32 years.
