A judge threw out a breach-of-contract claim from a man who said the New York Post reneged on a promise to publish a story about his success at improving the shooting touch of former New York Knicks player Allan Houston.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos said Post reporter Marc Berman did not enter into an oral contract with Arthur Rondeau when Rondeau suggested in a June 2009 email that he had a potentially “newsworthy” item for Berman and offered him an exclusive.
