Next month, a panel of the Brooklyn-based Appellate Division, Second Department, will travel up the Hudson River to the northern portion of its vast jurisdiction for the court’s first-ever sitting in Putnam County.
Justice Mark Dillon will preside over the Feb. 14 court session, in which the court will work to fill its docket to hear appeals from attorneys who practice in Westchester, Orange, Dutchess, Putnam and Rockland counties.
