As travelers detained at airports across the country as a result of an executive order from the Trump administration continue to be released, uncertainty lies ahead for immigrants and immigration attorneys alike as the fallout from the order continues to be assessed.

The order, which President Donald Trump signed on Friday, indefinitely prohibits the entry of Syrian refugees, bars all refugee admission for 120 days and suspends immigrant and nonimmigrant entry from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Senegal and Yemen for 90 days.
