A class-action settlement has been concluded between Delta-Sonic Car Wash Systems and some employees at the 29 car-wash facilities Delta-Sonic operates in New York, Pennsylvania and Illinois.

Jonathan Feldman, a U.S. magistrate judge sitting in Rochester on Tuesday, signed off on a final order and judgment approving the settlement. The basics of the agreement were reached in October 2015 in discussions with the parties and court-appointed mediator William Bauer, Feldman said.
