APPELLANTS def — (INDEX NO. 705057/13) In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Dial 7 Car & Limousine Service, Inc., and Eitan Chandally appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lane, J.), entered September 16, 2014, which denied their motion pursuant to CPLR 3211(a)(8) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them for lack of personal jurisdiction and granted the plaintiff's cross motion pursuant to CPLR 306-b to extend the time to serve the summons and complaint upon them.

ORDERED that the order is reversed, on the law and in the exercise of discretion, with costs, the motion of the defendants Dial 7 Car & Limousine Service, Inc., and Eitan Chandally pursuant to CPLR 3211(a)(8) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them for lack of personal jurisdiction is granted, and the plaintiff’s cross motion pursuant to CPLR 306-b to extend the time to serve the summons and complaint upon those defendants is denied.
