The New York State Bar Association has started using a 24-hour online platform to help potential clients find a lawyer.
The bar group has partnered with Legal.io to make its legal referral services “more user-friendly and more accessible to more people at different hours of the days,” said Elena Jaffe Tastensen, a Saratoga Springs attorney and chair of the bar’s lawyer referral and information service.
