A federal jury in Manhattan has ordered fashion retailer New York & Co. to pay $5.6 million for violating a spandex company’s trademarks.
Following a weeklong trial, a Southern District jury found on Feb. 10 that New York & Co. willfully infringed on spandex-makers 4 Pillar Dynasty and Reflex Performance Resources Inc.’s “Velocity” trademark.
