A Texas lawyer known as a “professional objector” has worn out his welcome with another federal judge—this time in New York.
Christopher Bandas was criticized Monday by U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni of the Southern District of New York for a last-minute objection to a class action settlement over Major League Baseball Internet TV packages in 2016.
