Acting Presiding Justice Peter Tom of the First Department has announced the names of the four Unified Court System employees who have been selected to receive this year’s Bernard Botein Award “for outstanding contributions to the administration of justice.”
The recipients are Virginia Gippetti, director of data analysis for New York City Family Court; Thom Lotito, statewide coordinator of emergency management for the Office of Court Administration; Scott Singer, court clerk specialist in the Manhattan Supreme Court’s guardianship and fiduciary support office; and Kam Yuen, principal appellate court clerk for the First Department.
