RANDALL WILLIAMSON, ap — Appeal by Randall Williamson from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 19, 2016. By order to show cause dated December 16, 2016, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceeding on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4 and leave to appeal had not been granted.
