ESTATE OF NORRIS BROWN, Deceased (16/2454) — On the original return date of this application by a daughter of the decedent seeking letters of administration, there was an appearance by a son of the decedent who requested an adjournment to permit him to file objections. On the adjourned date he failed to appear or oppose the application. Accordingly, the application is granted and letters of administration shall issue to the petitioner subject to the limitations of SCPA 805 (3) with regard to realty and upon her filing of a bond in the penal sum of $36,000.
