CLARENCE LITTLE, res, v. COUNTY OF NASSAU, ET AL., def, 100 BLACK MEN OF LONG ISLAND DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC. ap — (INDEX NO. 2079/10) In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of an employment contract, the defendants 100 Black Men of Long Island Development Group, Inc., Floyd Arthur, Jeffrey Daniels, and Isaac Ephraim appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Janowitz, J.), dated May 6, 2015, and (2) an amended order of the same court dated May 11, 2015, which denied their motion to enforce a settlement agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant 100 Black Men of Long Island Development Group, Inc.
