ESTATE OF SARAH JANE WILLIAMSON, A/K/A SARAH JANE WILLIAMSON BELLE, A/K/A SARAH BELLE, Deceased (00/A and B/303A) — In a proceeding by a son of the decedent and a cross proceeding by the decedent's spouse for letters of administration d.b.n., the parties acknowledged on the record in open court that the decedent's interest in real property in the Bronx that the son believed remained in the estate had actually passed by operation of law to the spouse who held the property with the decedent as tenants by the entirety, and the parties consented on the record in open court to the withdrawal of the petition and the cross petition.
