ESTATE OF HILMA TEXIDOR, Deceased (16/1480/A) — On the return date of this accounting proceeding to compel the voluntary administrator to pay funeral expenses to the petitioner, the parties entered into a stipulation pursuant to which, inter alia, objections would be filed, and the matter was adjourned to January 12, 2017, as a control date..

On that date, the respondent did not appear, however he filed pro se documents in improper form with the department. Although the matter was marked “submitted” the court permitted the respondent to file documents in proper form and granted the respondent leave to file and serve objections in proper form by February 24, 2017, and he failed to do so.
