A municipal justice in Oswego County has been publicly reprimanded by the state Commission on Judicial Conduct for misconduct in 2010 and 2011.
In its censure of Hastings Town Court Justice Michael Clark, the commission did not follow the recommendation of its administrator, Robert Tembeckjian, who wanted Clark removed from office.
