Former Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman will deliver the annual Hugh R. Jones Memorial Lecture on Wednesday at Albany Law School.
Lippman, who was chief judge from February 2009 to December 2015, is of counsel at Latham & Watkins. His speech is titled “Justice System Reform as an Engine for Social Change.”
