ESTATE OF KENNETH MCFEE, A/K/A KENNETH J. MCFEE, Deceased (A/223/00/G) — In this compromise proceeding, this Court by Decision and Order dated March 30, 2017, appointed a Guardian ad Litem on behalf of Kathy Passantino, a distributee. The nominated Guardian ad Litem upon qualifying as Guardian ad Litem indicated to the Court that as the previously appointed 311 Designee, he reported that Kathy Passantino is not an incapacitated person and is not in need of a Guardian ad Litem.
