Another suit tied to the bankruptcy of the former fast-growing renewable energy company SunEdison has found a home in the Southern District of New York.
According to a filing April 28, Gundin v. TerraForm Global, 1:17-cv-03113, has been added to the docket of Southern District Judge P. Kevin Castel as an associated case to In re SunEdison Securities Litigation, 1:16-md-02742, a class action suit against SunEdison and its managers for fraud.
