The New York State Trial Lawyers Association held its annual Law Day Dinner Thursday at the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel, where Court of Appeals Judge Rowan Wilson (center) received the association’s Law Day Award. Among the 1,000 attendees were Chief Judge Janet DiFiore, left, and NYSTLA president Edward Gersowitz of Gersowitz Libo & Korek in Manhattan.
The association presented its visionary leadership award to Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, who was the keynote speaker at the event, and its champion of justice award to U.S. Rep. Joseph Crowley, D-NY14.
