ESTATE OF GRACE ELIZABETH TERRAROSA, Deceased (15/956/A/C) — This contested probate proceeding arises out of a purported will for the benefit of Mary Ann Carlucci ("Petitioner") and Bruno Krepek. A Probate Petition was filed by the Petitioner on October 5, 2015. Objections have been filed by Gerald Aaron Burns, the son of the decedent, ("Objectant"). Multiple appearances have been made by the parties and finally a discovery schedule was set during the court calendar on January 18, 2017. The discovery schedule set forth dates for document demands and responses and for a return control date of April 26, 2017 to provide the status of the matter and examinations, if necessary, were to be scheduled.

Since that time, Counsel for the Objectant has filed a separate turnover proceeding with an Order to Attend. A return date was set for the turnover proceeding with an Order to Attend for April 26, 2017 to coincide with the return date of the discovery schedule. During the calendar call, the Court was informed by Counsel for the Objectant that he has not been able to serve the two interested parties with the Order to Attend due to a change of address for the interested parties. Counsel for the Objectant informed the Court that he did reach out to Counsel for the Petitioner for the correct addresses of the interested parties.
