Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Monday named nine state Supreme Court judges to the Appellate Division and promoted First Department Justice Rolando Acosta to fill that court’s presiding justice role.
Joining Acosta on the First Department panel will be Commercial Division Justices Anil Singh and Jeffrey Oing and Manhattan Supreme Court Justices Peter Moulton and Cynthia Kern.
