ESTATE OF JOHN W. PERSING, SR., Deceased (09/461) — In this pending proceeding, the Petitioner, the named Executor in decedent’s will, seeks to dismiss the objections filed against the estate by one of the Objectants, John Persing, aka John Robert Dundon, aka John Robert Vincent Persing, aka John Robert Dundon Persing (hereinafter referred to as “the Objectant.”)

Subsequent to the filing of objections, and after obtaining jurisdiction over all necessary parties, Greg Fonti, Esq., the attorney for the above named Objectant, sought to be relieved as counsel. His motion was put on the Court’s calendar and there was no opposition to the relief sought. Accordingly, this Court issued an Order granting his request and relieving him as counsel. In that same Order, this Court informed the Objectant named above that the underlying matter would be on the Courts calendar on February 8, 2017. Furthermore, this Order directed that the Objectant appear either personally or through new counsel. The clerk of the Court was directed to mail a copy of this Order by regular and certified mail to the addresses on file where correspondences were sent, received and signed for by the Objectants just a few months earlier.
