ESTATE OF THOMAS PATRICK KELLY, Deceased (10/1244/A) — In this compromise matter, the Guardian ad Litem, previously appointed on behalf of an infant distributee, has written to the attorney for the appointed fiduciary, with copy to this Court, indicating that this Court’s Decision dated August 31, 2016 has not yet been complied with as relating to the payment of the fees of the Guardians ad Litem.

Accordingly, this matter is restored to this Court’s calendar of Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Joseph P. Kelly, Administrator, Gary Slobin, Esq., William J. Frew, Jr., Esq. (GAL) and Mark Harris Grae, Esq., (GAL) are directed to appear at the Surrogate’s Courtroom at said time. If, however, the Guardians ad Litem notify this Court in writing by Monday, June 12, 2017 that payments have been received, then all are excused from appearing on June 14, 2017.
