ESTATE OF FELICIA DANIELS-MACK, Deceased (06/C/547A) — In this estate, the daughters of the decedent, potential objectants, move to restore this proceeding to the calendar and compel the administrator, the decedent's spouse, to seek the issuance of a "supplemental citation" to his filed account insofar as jurisdiction is not complete. The only parties to be served are the movants who were advised they can waive jurisdictional defects by simply filing objections to the account. They have now done so rendering the application academic, and this decision constitutes the order of the court denying the motion. Insofar as objections are now filed, this matter shall appear on the court's ready-for-trial calendar upon compliance with Uniform Rules for the Surrogate's Court (22 NYCRR) §§207.29 and 207.30.
