ESTATE OF DULCE NUNEZ, Deceased (15/1686) — The administrator, a son of the decedent, seeks to compromise personal injury causes of action and judicially account for the settlement proceeds.

The decedent sustained injuries on January 24, 2012 in a sidewalk trip and fall accident, and died intestate on February 14, 2015 of unrelated causes. In addition to the petitioner, her distributees are two other sons who, along with the Department of Taxation and Finance, consent to the application.
