ESTATE OF ELAINE EYINGA, Deceased (16/2627) — On the return date of the last supplemental citation in this application by an alleged creditor seeking the issuance of limited letters of administration to any of the decedent's eligible distributees, or upon their default, to the Public Administrator, the decedent's parents appeared and filed objections. After discussion on the record, the petitioner agreed to amend its petition so that the parents could receive full letters of administration. Counsel for the parents and counsel for the Public Administrator consented to the proposed amendment also on the record in open court. As the necessary amendment to the petition and oath and designations are now filed, this decision constitutes the order of the court granting the application, as amended, and directing that full letters administration shall issue to the decedent's parents, after each one files an oath and designation, and deeming the filed objections dismissed as academic.
