RIVERA, ALSO KNOWN AS PATRICK SAMUEL RIVERA, Deceased (16/1205/A) — In this contested probate proceeding, the decedent's mother who is the decedent's sole distributee and administrator of his estate filed amended objections to a testamentary instrument filed by the proponent, a friend of the decedent. Thereafter, the proponent and the mother entered into a written stipulation that was "so-ordered" by the court, regarding, inter alia, disposition of realty belonging to the decedent.

RIVERA, ALSO KNOWN AS PATRICK SAMUEL RIVERA, Deceased (16/1205/A) — In this contested probate proceeding, the decedent’s mother who is the decedent’s sole distributee and administrator of his estate filed amended objections to a testamentary instrument filed by the proponent, a friend of the decedent. Thereafter, the proponent and the mother entered into a written stipulation that was “so-ordered” by the court, regarding, inter alia, disposition of realty belonging to the decedent.

A conference will be held at 9:30 a.m. on the return date of the citation to be issued pursuant to SCPA 1411. Proof of service as directed herein shall be filed at least two days before the return date of the citation.
