The breakup between the name partners of personal-injury firm Cellino & Barnes, based in Buffalo, became more bitter this week amid allegations that Ross Cellino Jr. attempted to poach lawyers and cases at the firm to start a new one.
Erie County Supreme Court Justice Deborah Chimes signed a restraining order directing Cellino not to engage in any action that would “disturb the status quo of C&B,” which continues to serve clients.
