ANTHONY MARTINEZ, ap, v. CITY OF NEW YORK res — (INDEX NO. 20929/10)Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dawn Jimenez-Salta, J.), both entered February 4, 2015. The first order granted the motion of the defendant New York City Housing Authority for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it. The second order, insofar as appealed from, granted those branches of the motion of the defendants City of New York and Derby St. Fort which were for summary judgment dismissing the third, fifth, and sixth causes of action and dismissing the first and second causes of action insofar as asserted against the defendant City of New York.
