ESTATE OF WALTER STANGER, Deceased (10/2851/E) — In this application, a son of the decedent and a residuary beneficiary under the decedent's will commenced this proceeding seeking to revoke the successor letters testamentary that issued to one of the decedent's daughters based upon her failure to comply with an order of this court dated April 21, 2016 directing her to account. The son also seeks the issuance of letters administration c.t.a to himself. The executor and all other testamentary beneficiaries were served with process and defaulted; to date the executor has not opposed the application.

ESTATE OF WALTER STANGER, Deceased (10/2851/E) — In this application, a son of the decedent and a residuary beneficiary under the decedent’s will commenced this proceeding seeking to revoke the successor letters testamentary that issued to one of the decedent’s daughters based upon her failure to comply with an order of this court dated April 21, 2016 directing her to account. The decedent died testate on July 27, 2010 survived by seven children. His will dated April 12, 1995 was admitted to probate by decree dated March 1, 2011 and leaves the residuary estate in equal shares to six of the children, including the petitioning son. Successor letters testamentary issued to the respondent daughter on December 2, 2011.
