ESTATE OF LAMONT L. KIDD, Deceased (15/2866/A) — In this application for the issuance of letters of administration to the Public Administrator, citation was served upon an aunt of the decedent's only known alleged distributees, two post-deceased brothers, and she defaulted. Although it appears that the respondent might suffer from a disability, if her alleged disability caused her default, it would also render her ineligible to receive letters. Of course, a guardian ad litem shall be appointed for her, if appropriate, in an accounting or any other proceeding in which her interests might be adversely affected.
