CHARLENE K. VERKOWITZ, ETC., res, v. DONNA URSPRUNG, ap — (APPEAL NO. 1) CHARLENE K. VERKOWITZ, ETC., res-ap, v. DONNA URSPRUNG, APPELLANT-res — (APPEAL NO. 2) (INDEX NO. 665/11) In an action to recover legal fees, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from (1) so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Parga, J.), entered June 3, 2015, as denied those branches of her motion which were for leave to reargue and/or renew (a) her opposition to that branch of the plaintiff’s prior motion pursuant to CPLR 3211(a) which was to dismiss the defendant’s counterclaim alleging legal malpractice, which was granted in an order of the same court entered June 16, 2011, and (b) that branch of her prior motion which was for leave to amend her answer to assert counterclaims alleging legal malpractice, which was denied in an order of the same court entered February 8, 2012, and (2) so much of an order of the same court entered August 18, 2015, as granted that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was for summary judgment dismissing so much of the defendant’s third affirmative defense as alleged that the plaintiff committed legal malpractice while representing her in a divorce action, and the plaintiff cross-appeals from so much of the order entered August 18, 2015, as denied that branch of her motion which was for summary judgment dismissing so much of the defendant’s third affirmative defense as alleged that the plaintiff committed legal malpractice while representing the defendant in matters subsequent to the divorce action.

ORDERED that the appeal from so much of the order entered June 3, 2015, as denied that branch of the defendant’s motion which was for leave to reargue is dismissed, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument; and it is further,
