ESTATE OF SHULAMITH E. LUKREC, Deceased (13/1167) — In this pending estate, the Court received a letter dated August 3, 2017 from an interested party within the estate requesting the court’s assistance in having the appointed executor provide a status of the estate’s administration.

This Court sent a letter dated August 17, 2017 to the appointed fiduciary directing the fiduciary to file, no later than September 30, 2017, a judicial settlement of his account. To date, an accounting has not been filed, nor has the appointed fiduciary contacted the Court. Accordingly, this matter is restored to this Court’s Calendar of Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 9:30 am.
