*1  Upon the foregoing cited papers, the Decision/Order of this Court on this motion is as follows: The motion is granted after a hearing to the extent of finding the respondents in contempt of court for failure to comply with the courts January 31, 2017 interim order to correct all Class B violations of the Housing Maintenance Code placed on December 9th and 13th, 2016 and those on the attached Schedule A within 30 days of the order, or by March 2, 2017 and Class A violations within 60 days of the order, or by April 1, 2017 (the “Interim OTC”).The conditions incorporated into the Interim OTC are all Class B, hazardous, conditions, infestation of mice; saddle at entrance door; broken defective surfaces and doors of kitchen cabinets; broken, defective kitchen floor tiles; missing wood saddle in the kitchen; non-functioning refrigerator; defective plaster and paint in the bathroom; replace missing doorknob; defective plaster and paint in the bathroom; leak and resulting water damage at the ceiling in the front bedroom; and repair broken, defective floor tiles in the front bedroom; as well as conditions in the
