DECISION AND ORDER OF CUSTODY

*1 In this matrimonial proceeding, commenced on June 8, 2012, a trial was held on the issue of custody of the parties’ two daughters, LL (DOB_) and EL (DOB_). The trial consisted of approximately twenty-three days of testimony, commencing on September 20, 2016, and concluding on August 3, 2017, as well as numerous exhibits entered into evidence by the parties in connection therewith. The plaintiff father was represented at trial by Evan Wiederkehr, Esq. of Miller, Zeiderman & Wiederkehr, Esqs., and the defendant was represented by David Rosoff, Esq. of Carton & Rosoff, Esqs. The children were represented by Eric M. Fayer, Esq.The parties’ counsel and the attorney for the children have each submitted post-trial briefs, which have been considered by the Court. The Court also considered the following as court exhibits: the forensic report dated March 1, 2014, and updated forensic report dated December 1, 2015; a psycho-educational evaluation of the parties’ daughter LL; and the Decision and Order of the Appellate Division dated October 21, 2015. The Court further considered the in camera interview with the parties’ children held on September 15, 2016.
