DECISION AFTER TRIAL

*1  This action for divorce was commenced on March 25, 2016 by the filing of the Summons and Complaint by Plaintiff Mercedes Rapp f/k/a Mercedes Morales (“Plaintiff”). Plaintiff and Defendant John K. Rapp (“Defendant”) were married in a religious ceremony on August 16, 1997. There are no children of the marriage although both Plaintiff and Defendant have children from prior marriages. Defendant filed an Answer and Counterclaims on April 15, 2016. In his Second Counterclaim, Mr. Rapp alleges that the parties (both represented by counsel) entered into an Antenuptial Agreement on 7/3/97 and 7/8/97 which resolves all financial issues between the parties, including all issues of equitable distribution. Plaintiff filed her Reply to Defendant’s counterclaims on May 5, 2016 at 9:22 a.m., which was quickly substituted with an Amended
