OPINION & ORDER

*1 Plaintiff International Leisure Products, Inc. (“ILP”), brings this action against Sunnylife Australia, Sunnylife USA, and Bloomingdales, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging federal trade dress infringement, federal false designation of origin, federal unfair competition, and federal dilution in violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §1125, as well as state law trademark infringement, state law dilution, unjust enrichment, and injunctive relief. Before this Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Second Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). For the following reasons, Defendants’ Motion is GRANTED.*2
