*1  Respondents, by counsel, move to vacate the stipulation of settlement entered on October 25, 2017 claiming that they were pro se at the time the stipulation was executed and they unknowingly waived meritorious claims and defenses and were not provided the assistance of a Bengali interpreter. Petitioner opposes arguing that the stipulations was allocuted by the court on the record and that respondents did not request an interpreter at any time. The instant holdover proceeding is predicated on a Ten (10) Day Notice of Termination in which the Petitioner alleges that Respondents are“committing and permitting a nuisance in the housing accommodation of the building containing such housing accommodation and are
