ESTATE OF VINCENT AGRO, Deceased (11/1426) — Decedent Vincent Agro was diagnosed with cancer and eventually died, allegedly as a result of exposure to dust from the collapse of the World Trade Center towers, which occurred near his residence. In this proceeding, the administrator seeks permission to collect and distribute proceeds from the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (the “Fund”) and further seeks judicial settlement of her account with respect to those proceeds.The administrator’s petition is granted. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to her are removed, and she is authorized to collect the proceeds from the Fund and execute the necessary receipts and releases. The proceeds are allocated entirely to the claim for conscious pain and suffering.The fees and disbursements of petitioner’s attorney are fixed and determined as set forth in the decree, and the net settlement proceeds shall be distributed in accordance with the petition.The account is settled, and the decree is signed.Dated: February 28, 2018ESTATE OF SAMUEL N. FRIEDMAN, Deceased (11/1443) — This uncontested application regarding the trust created under Article FOURTH of the will of Samuel N.
