ESTATE OF ROBERT PRINZA, Deceased (15/1578/D/E/F) — This is the second in a series of petitions by the executor of decedent’s will to allocate and distribute the net proceeds of settlements with various defendants of causes of action for decedent’s conscious pain and suffering and wrongful death relating to his exposure to asbestos in the course of his employment.
